Desktop Simulation & feedback
The course lasts approximately 3 hours, with 50% of the time spent learning via a full group presentation and 50% working through a desktop simulation in smaller groups.
The workshop can be delivered in person or virtually and we find acts as an excellent team-building exercise in addition to the knowledge gained.
Simulation
This intensive live session is for those companies who have a crisis management plan in place and are looking to put their teams to the test in a safe environment:

Simulation based on an actual live holiday at the time of delivery

Full briefing & script documents for staff members assisting

Delivery of a live 2 hour simulation (approximate timing)

Post incident feedback and wash up
This course will take place in your offices and utilise some of your own staff not involved in dealing with the incident to act as family, friends, overseas staff/agents, injured and angry clients. In addition you will have the added pressure of real life press calls from an expert PR consultant to further enhance the situation.
The whole event lasts a minimum of 4 hours, with the majority of the time devoted to dealing with the incident and subsequent discussion and learning points raised post simulation.
